I have purchased goods on 13/7/20 from Ferrari Shoes on line shopping site by making payment from my SBI CC against Invoice no 23250 dt 13/7/20 and got confirmation that company has despatched parcel vide POD no 2212223250 dt 13/7/20 through EXPRESS GO courier, which till date is not delivered at my address. I have been writing mail at the emails of both ferrari shoes and EXPRESS GO courier, but no one is replying to my mails even.
