Recently I have booked a hotel room called Udupi comforts(collection o 79518) in Oyo rooms, where in Oyo it was showing good pictures of room, but actually when I checked-in hotel room was disgusting, poor toilet without proper hygiene and totally different room from that shown in OYO application. I had no other option but to stay at the hotel because the place was unfamiliar to me. Also the location of hotel was entirely different from that of given in OYO application. Literally OYO cheated me, necessary action should be taken against Oyo and I claim for refund.
