airtel had offered a family plan of 399/ and a charged additinal amount of 149 for adding the family no, they offered with a rental discount of 200
as per airtel represenattaive they had activated my plan family plan by adding a family no
they assured to provide the rental discount
the said represenatative was from airtel durga nursery, road, udaipur rajasthan
later on after seeing the bill NO such rental discount had been provided
when contacted with airtel office
they keep on saying we will look at the matter, later on they said the said person had left the office, we cnt do anything
when contacting again n again
they provide a threat to me (specialky avesh ali from airtel, he said teri aukat kya hai dekh lunga , jo ban padey kar le, tere jaisey bohat atey hai)
its nt about 200
200bugs doesnt make much sense to the customer, but is this airtel value their customer who had been with them from past 10years
10yrs me to hum gali ke dos ko respect dey dete hai, airtel shayad nahi samaj payega customer ki value
