I was doing booking on agoda for hotel in mumbai for 1 night stay. I was been asked to make payment i did its payment through my debt card. On my mobile transacion done and money was deducted but on website it shows payment failed. From my bank acount money has been deducted and on website no booking details is been showed. This is purely cheating by taking money and not refunding back nor sending any email or any conformation about my booking. Need to take immediate action against such fraud website so that other people can get aware about the same and dont face such problem again and also such big companis should understand that people are not fools here.
