Dear Sir
I had placed two orders on 15th and 16th Aug 2020 whose ref nos are indicated in their reply to my complaint is attached below (Two e mail replies are attached for your information- The SR nos they are referring has no face value as we are not at all informed whether they are still open or closed very next few days
Even though I received items of order dt 16th Aug on 19/08/2020 the other order with delivery verification Pin/ code the order dated 15/08/20 was never received , No information by SMS on the dispatch of goods with delivery verification pin / code till today. On complaining I received call from 9321773241 ( outgoing calls only ) saying they will cancel the order and arrange refund. Original invoiced amt was 958.95 and revised on 17 or 18 Aug 2020 to Rs 843.95 . But this Rs 843.95 refund is still not initiated by JIO team
