I have been given credit for the unsatisfactory services given by Urban company and instead of giving credit to my bank account or original mode of payment, they have issued the UC vallet and have expired those points a day before the actual expiry. Neither they are giving my money back nor I am able to use those credits.
This is simply a cheating like feeling. This is my money which has gone out of my pocket not the money given by UC as a favor. I want my money back.
