Hi,
I ordered a food item and swiggy delivered the wrong item. We requested swiggy to replace the item and again they ordered the wrong item. We went to the hotel and enquired about the wrong delivery. They took the food item and said swiggy will refund.
We complained to swiggy about wrong items. They took the action item and closed the ticket after weeks saying the item was delivered. How can we ensure these guys do not take consumers for granted?
