Hello Sir/Ma’am,
Myself Ankit, My Airtel postpaid no. 9255557435 with plan is RS 399 in which they provide 40 gb data per month but suddenly they provide half data i.e. 20 gb for the same price and even if they didn’t send me any notifications or mail to inform the same. I tried to contact them but no luck. I even tried to port my number but they didn’t send me any UPC code and tell me UPC can’t be generated due to payment outstanding however there is no outstanding payment at my end (refer uploaded images). I feels cheated please help me.
