I ordered 4 sets of tunic @1798/- and they sent 2 pairs of small size jeans of poor quality. I search for customer care number on google and 9339050924. On calling, I came across a person named Deepak saying he works for the Company and will initiate refund and process return. He generated an OTP and asked for it saying he needs to create return and refund. After that he sent sms saying forward it to 9241012211 within 30 seconds. Smelling something fishy I told him I sent and disconnected. I tried calling on the number given by him and found it to be “temporarily not in use” I did pay 1798/- to the delivery guy from Ekart thru gpay. This is absolutely fraud and cheating case and I am sure by luring through attractive false advertisements they are cheating customers. I need my refund and also these guys need to be punished and barred from advertising
