I placed an order with WeenSaree.com in July, 2020 of Rs:598/= (the value of 2 items ).I received payment acknowledgement and order acknowledgement from them that the items are being shipped. However i didn’t receive the items. When i tried to visit the website, a the given URL, the site displayed that a new store would be launched soon. They are not informed me if the new store opening. I therefore are forced to lodge this complaint and seek redress with appropriate action. Please also refund my money. ?
