Dear Sirs,
We placed an order with M/s WeenSaree.com on July 5th, 2020 for a sum of Rs: 1196-00 (the value of 4 items ). We also received an acknowledgement from them that the items are being shipped.
However we did not receive the items. When we tried to visit the website, a the given URL, the site displayed that a new store would be launched soon.
We are not informed if the new store (screen shot attached to this email) would honor the pending orders with M/s WeenSaree.com. We therefore are forced to lodge this complaint and seek redress with appropriate action.
