I had booked tickets for Bengaluru to Mumbai for July 5, 2022 and return
on July 20, 2022 through Travolook on July 2, 2022. The total cost of the tickets were around Rs. 10,000/- Within 15 minutes of the booking the tickets were
cancelled by travolook citing change and the money has not been refunded to me
as yet. One cannot go beyond their customer care staff. I have been calling them regularly but they just given you assurance of crediting with few days and on the promised date cite some excuses. This has been going on for over past one month. I have wrote to their officers but they too are not responding. I have no option but to raise
it up in social platforms if the amount is not refunded to me. As I see they have been cheating public continiously in this way for a long time.
