- Placed order with advance with 50% advance payment
- No presales post sales activity took place
- Called for sign off and told these are the samples to choose, however at the time of ordering I was told to choose from complete range of finishes.
- Post order one of employee mentioned your warranty will void if 40 days not given to tiles.
- Finishes selected denied.
- Completion date denied.
