• Placed order with advance with 50% advance payment
• No presales post sales activity took place
• Called for sign off and told these are the samples to choose, however at the time of ordering I was told to choose from complete range of finishes.
• Post order one of employee mentioned your warranty will void if 40 days not given to tiles.
• Finishes selected denied.
• Completion date denied.
