Text of Complaint by Amlan Pal:

I booked their services to transport my 2 cars from Chennai to Bangalore for a total sum of Rs 6000 ( including insurance and everything) . After the cars arrived in Bangalore the agency told to pay Rs 17000 instead of Rs 6000 as the Insurance cost was not included in Rs 6000. I told them that I got confirmation from the marketing person for Rs 6000 & only after that agreed to hand over the car keys. But after arriving in Bangalore they are demanding Rs 17000 saying Rs 6000 was Freight cost only & the remaining amount is Insurance & GST.

On arguing that I have got confirmation from Marketing person before handing over the keys, they say that the details appearing in Bilty is only applicable. I told them that the selection of the vendor is not done by Bilty papers but the agreement arrived with the marketing person , to which they are not agreeing.

I told them that if you do not hand over my 2 cars ,then I will be forced to log a Police complaint.
I would request you to intervene & help in getting my 2 cars.

Regards.

  1. Same – I am sharing my experience because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the stress and frustration I am currently facing.
I booked Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics to transport my Skoda Slavia from Pune to Gurgaon.
    What I was promised
At the time of booking, I was clearly quoted ₹12,000 for transportation from Pune to Gurgaon.
    They also promised:
    Door-to-door pickup and drop
    Loading and unloading
    No hidden manpower charges
    GPS/tracking during transit
    Delivery within 4–5 days
Based on these assurances, I handed over my car.
The vehicle was picked up on 12 August 2026.
The bilty also showed the transportation amount as ₹12,000.
    Then the problems started
There was no proper GPS tracking.
The GPS/tracking system they promised either did not work or was not properly provided. I was unable to reliably track my own vehicle.
Driver details and carrier details were also not properly shared.
Getting a simple update about where my car was became a constant struggle. Calls and messages were frequently unanswered or I received vague responses.
The promised delivery timeline was also not followed.
    ₹12,000 suddenly became ₹25,000+
After my car was already in their possession, they raised a much higher invoice.
    The final invoice was ₹25,724.
The original transportation quote was ₹12,000.
Several additional charges were added, including loading/unloading, bilty charges, risk/insurance-related charges, service charges and GST.
At that point, my primary concern was getting my car back safely, so I paid the amount demanded.
But even after payment, the delivery was still delayed.
And then I received my car in this condition
This is what is particularly frustrating.
    When I received/checked the vehicle:
    Petrol was almost empty.
    FASTag had been removed.
The car was left dirty / not maintained in the condition in which it was handed over.
    Wiper washer water was empty.
The car had been driven approximately 80 km during transportation.
The GPS/tracking system was not working, despite tracking being promised.
Door-to-door delivery was NOT provided as promised.
And on top of all this, I was charged ₹25,724 instead of the originally quoted ₹12,000.
I want to be very clear: I am not saying that every additional charge on the invoice is automatically illegal. My issue is that the original quotation was ₹12,000, the final amount increased substantially, and I had to deal with poor communication, delayed delivery and a vehicle that was not returned in the condition I expected.
There is also a GST detail that concerned me
    Their transport documents show:
Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics
45 Main Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400058
    GSTIN: 23AZWPP2042C1ZH
When I checked the GST details associated with this GSTIN, the registration information showed Madhya Pradesh / Sagar, with the entity listed as a proprietorship.
I am not claiming that this discrepancy itself proves fraud. I am simply sharing it because customers should verify the company’s legal/GST details before handing over their vehicle.
Their own bilty is also worth mentioning
The bilty contains a notice stating that the consignment is not to be detained, diverted, re-routed or re-booked without the required written authority and is to be delivered at the destination.
Yet I experienced delays, poor communication and difficulty getting clear information about my vehicle.
I have kept all the evidence
    I have preserved:
    Original ₹12,000 quotation
    Bilty
    ₹25,724 invoice
    Payment proofs
    WhatsApp conversations
    Call records
    Vehicle condition/photos
    GPS/tracking information
Details regarding the additional ~80 km driven
    GST registration information
    All communication regarding delivery
I am proceeding with formal complaints through the appropriate consumer and legal channels.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY
If you are planning to transport your car, please don’t rely only on a low initial quotation or a professional-looking website.
    Before handing over your vehicle:
Get the final all-inclusive price in writing.
Ask exactly what insurance/risk charges are included.
Ask for the actual insurance policy/certificate.
Get the driver’s name and mobile number.
    Get the carrier/truck registration number.
Verify the GST and legal business details.
Take photos/videos of the car, fuel level and odometer before handing it over.
Record the FASTag status and vehicle condition.
Take a photo/video of the odometer.
Get written confirmation that door-to-door delivery is included.
Keep screenshots of every WhatsApp conversation.
Do not assume the initial quoted amount will remain the final amount.
    My experience in one line:
Quoted ₹12,000 → Charged ₹25,724 → Delivery delayed → No proper GPS → No proper driver/carrier information → Door-to-door service not provided → Approximately 80 km added to the odometer → Petrol almost empty → FASTag removed → Car dirty → Wiper washer water empty.
I am sharing this so that other car owners can do their due diligence before handing over their vehicle.
If anyone else has had a similar experience with Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics, especially regarding sudden additional charges, vehicle condition, extra kilometres, tracking issues or delayed delivery, please share your experience.

  2. # [SCAM ALERT] Cheated by a Transport Company – Sharing My Nightmare

I am sharing my experience with **Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics** because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the stress and frustration I am currently facing. I booked my **Skoda Slavia from Pune to Gurgaon** and was clearly quoted **₹12,000**, with a promised delivery timeline of **4–5 days**, door-to-door pickup/drop, loading/unloading, no hidden manpower charges and GPS tracking. My car was picked up on **12 August 2026**, and the bilty also showed ₹12,000 as the transportation charge. After that, it became a complete nightmare — there was **no proper GPS tracking**, driver and carrier details were not properly shared, calls and messages were frequently unanswered, and the delivery kept getting delayed. Then, after my car was already in their possession, I was given an invoice of **₹25,724**, more than double the original transportation quote. I paid the amount demanded because my priority was getting my car back safely, but even after payment I faced problems with delivery. When I finally received/checked the vehicle, I found that **the petrol was almost empty, the FASTag had been removed, the car was left dirty, the wiper washer water was empty, and the car had been driven approximately 80 km during transportation**. The GPS/tracking system was also not working despite being promised, and **door-to-door delivery was not provided** as promised. So essentially: **₹12,000 quoted → ₹25,724 charged → delivery delayed → no proper GPS → no proper driver/carrier information → door-to-door service not provided → approximately 80 km added to the odometer → petrol almost empty → FASTag removed → car dirty → wiper washer water empty.** Their documents mention **Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics, 45 Main Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, GSTIN 23AZWPP2042C1ZH**; however, when I checked the GST details associated with this GSTIN, the registration information showed **Madhya Pradesh/Sagar**, with the entity listed as a proprietorship. I am not claiming that this discrepancy itself proves fraud, but I think customers should be aware and independently verify the company details before handing over their vehicle. I have preserved the original ₹12,000 quotation, bilty, ₹25,724 invoice, payment proofs, WhatsApp conversations, call records, vehicle photos/videos, odometer details, GPS/tracking information and GST information, and I am proceeding with formal complaints through the appropriate authorities. **Please be extremely careful when choosing a car transporter. Get the final all-inclusive price in writing, verify GST/company details, take photos and videos of the vehicle, fuel level and odometer, get driver and carrier details, verify insurance, and get written confirmation of door-to-door delivery.** If anyone else has had a similar experience with **Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics**, especially regarding sudden additional charges, delayed delivery, tracking issues, extra kilometres or vehicle condition, please share your experience. **Company:** Ramakrishna Car Transport / Ramakrishna Logistics | **GSTIN:** 23AZWPP2042C1ZH | **Route:** Pune → Gurgaon | **Quoted:** ₹12,000 | **Charged:** ₹25,724 | **Booking:** 12 August 2026.
