Today I have booked ride Vide your CRN6934163719 from Panipat to Delhi which is almost 90 K.M visit. At time of booking of ride amount has shown below 1500 but after reached at the destination driver demands amount Rs.3,500/- and give us receipt’s. we said to driver you have present wrong receipts but he said you can talk with Ola team and we have paid him Rs.3,500. he has paid us below wrong receipts:
1. Amount Rs. 2332 charged for 156 Km while distance can not maximum of 90 kgs.
2. Two Fast tag Amount 530/- Receipt 265 each in which one of Panipat Toll tax and other is toll plaza Bhagan. Both receipts are wrong and create by himself because we had already been confirmed on toll free number of fast tag service and confirmed by them that today vehicle no. HR74A9647 has charged toll charges of Panipat amount Rs. 40/- and Bhagan amount Rs. 50/-. So he had cheated amount of Rs. 440/- in toll tax.
3. State tax Receipt Rs. 580/-. this is also suspected wrong.
Kindly check at your end and arrange to reverse excess money paid by us. Also take the legal necessary action this type of such fraud persons and suspend the above said vehicle from your organisation who spoiled your company reputation. Am also working to connect cyber crime office to catch the fraud person.
