1. I have ordered Jaspo Insane Pro Adjustable Roller Blade Skates from Flipkart on 02 Oct 21 vide Order ID – OD123002281027388000. The payment has been made through SBI credit card.
2. At the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was on or before 10 Oct 21.
3. As the item was not dispatched in the scheduled date, i made a complaint by registering a call in flipkart customer care on 05 Oct 21. They told me that item will be delivered on promised date that is 10 Oct 21.
4. But my complaint not resolved till 09 Oct 21 and again i made a call to flipkart customer care on 09 Oct 21. They told that they are helpless to deliver my item on 10 Oct 21 and simply extended the delivery date to 17 Oct 21.
5. I ordered this item as a Birthday day gift to my loanly daughter and her birthday was on 10 Oct 21. So as a parent i am unable to fullfill the desire of my daughter on her birthday due to irresponsible flipkart customer care.
6. In view of the above, i humbly request you to take necessary action against filpkart and compensation may please be granted from flipkart for their irresponsible business dealing.
