I ordered 2 silk sarees from Kalyani Silks online. They provide only one payment option which is Cash On Delivery. They confirmed the order on WhatsApp.But when they deliver the product it was completely different and of very cheap quality. Since then, I am trying to contact them over WhatsApp but no response. They donot share any customer care no. And are running a fraud business. Kindly, provide guidance.
