dear sir/madam,
i hereby inform you that ,i samir kumar dash ia a customer of flipkart since 2015. my resistred no is 9339568341. i have ordered a washing machine with exchange of my old washing machine. balance amount i pay with my idfc basticnk easy buy card.in schdeule time ekart logistics representive came on 7th feb. seen my old machine and told me your machine description missmatch so we are unable to delivery.they reject my delivery. then flipkart send me a message your order is delivered. i contact with customer care they told me to wait 24 to 48 hours.i did not get any solution.then so many times i contacted but no result.today 22days completed.they failure to give me solution.tomorrow is my emi will be deducted what i will do.please suggest me i am helpless.i did not get any product from flipkart but my emi is continue from tomorrow.i have attached rejected message.
