I ordered a Smart watch (Model name: Max), order no: 64919, Rs. 4999. I cancelled the order since the delivery was delayed and requested for refund. They have received the watch on 21st Mar 2022, based on their email the refund will be given in 7 to 10 Days, but now it’s been 20 days. Nobody answers the emails sent and I can’t connect them through call as no one picks up the call. Cheating companies like Fire Boltt and their products have to be banned in India. They sell fake and low quality watches just to make money and then harrass the customer by not taking any action not responding to their request. I am very much disappointed and fed-up of this company behaviour. I request for a proper action to be initiated against this company.

I Bought The Fire Boltt Mercury In 08/11/2021 (Order ID: OD223319946539656000) In Start The Watch Going Good But After Sometimes Around 4 Months To 4.5 Months My Watch Is Suddenly Issuing On/Off Problem And That Date Around 31/03/2022 to Till Date I Just Replace My Watch Continuedly Because Every Time They Send Faulty Product To Me.
My Last Pickup 30/05/2022 And They Dont Replace My Watch Not Knowing And Closed My Ticket no- 149818 But I Dont Received My Product From Till Date.
Every Time I Says If They Dont Have Replacement Just Refund My Money But They Dont Do That.
My Watch Cost Is 2500/- But Thet Dont Refund The Amount. I Just Continuedly Losing My Money , Warrenty, And The Product How We Are Trusted This Type Of Company.
