I ordered a pack of 3 front zipper wireless flower bra at INR.1000/= on CoD basis from Truevish (advt. on facebook). Order placed on 16.01.2023 & was delivered today (20.01.2023) by “BLUEDART” courier. The packet received today contains cheap bra with a different size.
The pickup & return address printed on the parcel was “Musafir Address: Nitin Hno.176 neb Sarai near master mind public school , IGNOU road New Delhi, India 110068” Mob. – 9717983061. After opening the packet & seeing the product, I tried to call on the mob. no. given above. But it is showing as switched off.
In view of above, it is requested to arrange for refund of my money and also to take action against the seller as well as courier company, in this case “Blue Dart” since they are the mediator who are collecting money from customer & giving it to e-comm company, a fraud company in this case.
