The three products sent by the seller on 25-06-21 are fake. I have paid Rs. 6957-, the Shopclues has cheated me by giving fake products.I have been trying to reach Shopclues’s customer care but only chat bot was responding. Somehow on 25-06-21 connected to Shivangi and at 12 pm she told me that, she will be sharing an e mail on my I.d. But till the writing of this, no mail has been received. I have tried calling at the customer care no. but the IVR options are not at all helpful. I have written a mail to their grievance but they are also sending a reply to connect through chat option. And now no one is responding in the chat. By not helping customer they are supporting fraud sellers. Please help me and prevent other customers from these fraudulent practices.
