I have bought an ipad on 22/9/22 from amazon during the great Indian festival. There was an offer of free earphone on purchase of ipad during the great Indian festival which shows in my order cancelled due to unsuccessful payment. When payment was successful the item was not visible in my order. I contacted amazon customer care executive,they assured me during that the free earphone will be delivered to me and need not to worry. But when ipad was delivered i did not receive earphone. I again approach to customer care at Amazon this time they totally denied of such offer by saying the customer service care executive wrongly intimated you. When I asked if fault on your part then why should I suffer. They don’t reply and till date I have tried to get earphone but all are vain. It seems amazon has cheated me knowingly. Please help and get my earphone delivered.
