On 29th April, 2019 I have received an offer call from Airtel DTH for above mentioned ID, in which airtel executive stated that there is a special offer on your ID, in which on recharge of 799 you can see all TV channels for 6 months. I requested him to confirm again about the offer and he said that he has confirmed the same. Relying upon him, I recharged my set top box with Rs. 799 on same day for the offer as provided by him. After recharge when no activation (as offered) was made by Airtel, I contacted with Airtel on their customer care number, then they stated that they can’t provide the said offer and will check and revert. On their demand I sent them the recording of the call in which offer was provided. After that I am regularly contacting airtel through email or phone, but they are lodging complaint for resolution without providing any resolution. They are stating that your complaint is in process, but not solving my complaint. Today again I contacted with the Nodal Officer of Airtel and she denied for the offered provided and also denied for refund of my money. This is cheating by the Airtel. You are requested to lodge complaint against them and either activate the offer as provided or refund my money from them.
