I have taken JIo Airfiber few months ago, they have confirmed the services on 100mbps speed of internet and 16 OTT & 650+channles with 899 pack.
They will start the connection once paid only, after that either it is working or non working / failing the services by JIO which ever it is they dont pay back.
I get only 10 -20 MBPS speed of internet which is worse than my mobile hotspot and intermittent connection issue in one hour (approximately 5 to 10 times disconnection), no Live channels (Only Hotstar Disney). How bad this Jio services. These are all false promises to trap the customers
Worst and pathetic customer service the only response they give is to restart the router and close the ticket.
Please take this concern to higher management in Jio and don’t cheat the people and thier hard earned money.
