I have ordered a product in forever.store an online service platform authorized and sub operationally running by shopify.com were operating with multiple platform and delivering partners they delivered a product that is not the product that I have ordered what they have given in the website is totally different i got cheated and I have placed the order in on cash on delivery but the product is not what I have ordered the contact detail that they provided in the delivery package is not working and switch off and their email id that is in the website i have mailed them and I haven’t got any reply even i had a refund policy too
