paid ₹4,500 for a three-month course offered by ODA Classes. At the time of payment, it was clearly communicated that this amount was for a quarterly fee. However, the company’s executive is now stating that this amount has been treated as a down payment for an EMI plan, which was never disclosed or agreed upon. From the beginning, I explicitly refused any EMI or financing arrangement and only agreed to pay a one-time quarterly fee. Despite this, the terms were misrepresented, Further, as per the company’s stated policy, cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 100% refund. My cancellation falls within this period, yet the refund has not been processed. This is a case of mis-selling and unfair trade practice. I request an immediate full refund of ₹4,500 with compensation and appropriate action against the company to close the company so that others should not be cheated.
