Respected Sir/madam,

I wonder how good an airline company like Air India can be when my wife was denied boarding pass in spite of reaching their check-in counter before 1 hour. The staff were uncooperative and kept my wife moving from one counter to another.

She was not allowed to board the plane in spite of having a valid ticket and reaching the airport in time.

Staff Neetu Singh kept her moving from one counter to another for around 20 mins. There is mismanagement with Air India staff and who is going to be responsible for this.

My wife again had to book the tickets for the 5 PM flight.

Why is Air India harassing their passengers?

Why is your staff not trained to handle their customers and misguide them?

Why has Air India Cheated their Customer?

This is how Air India is cheating their customers by double booking them.

I had asked for your manager to speak to however their manager was never available. 2 of your staff were too rude and very unpleasant, Harpreet Singhal and Mukut Kumar. They never helped and ignored me on my issue.

I need a resolution to this problem immediately else I will have to escalate further.

Please call me and refund my entire money immediately Rs 13301/-

Total expenses of 2 Flights. 1st ticket = Rs 4721 + Rs 8580/- Total Rs 13301/-
