Text of Complaint by Vivek V:

The following complaint is made on 24th September,Kochi. I had placed an order on kfc for a sum of Rs.1097 and my amount was accepted through online payment app google pay . The amount was transacted to zomato account and the order was said to be placed but then I received a notification that my order is cancelled due to incomplete payment.  I had made many complaint emails through their app as well as made several grievance through their chat option but got no response. I wish to seek the addresal of this issue at the earliest
