I ordered a rose quatz bracelet from the snap deal on 14 feb 2019 order no. 26648606179. The product came through Reiki crystal products via invoice number SB364D/18/371 dated 15 feb 2019. The product reached on 17/2/2019 i.e. 1 hour back. On opening the packet shocked to find that it has old torn male purse in place of bracelet. I tried mg best to contact the official number of snapdeal but i find it poorest and unable to contact. I want my mony back. I do not know how to contact these Frauds and cheaters and take my money back. Please help me
