I lodged a complaint today morning, saying that my internet is going to expire on 26th June 2020 but today (15th June 2020) there in no balance in my data pack.
The guy who attended the call at 8:00 AM replied that please call us after 2 hours since we’re facing some technical issue. Then I called them around 10:40 AM. After that another lady attend the call and replied to wait for half and hour.
After the half and hour I was really shocked that, 199 had made some loop only for my number and not able to contact them via my phone number. Then I tried with some other vodafone number and it worked in first attempt. I really frustrated while they attempted this in first time. This is really worst service and cheating.
Until now (02:40 PM), I was trying to reach them. But I can’t.
So I came here, that still justice is there. So please make this complaint as serious and take action against all the people who involved in this and make me happy also by returning the refund.
