Sir,
Respectfully, I beg to state that the following few lines for your kind consideration and sympathetic orders.
1. That I, Smt. Gitarani Nayak, W/o-Prafulla Kumar Paikaray, aged about 49years, Village/post- Gadakokal, via/PS-Brahmagiri, Dist-Puri, Aadhar card no. 216987693818(copy enclosed as annexure-1)appiled for a men sleeves plain casual shirt (royal blue)worth of ₹. 379/- from V2 kart company by online on dated 23.7.2021 for my son.
2.That instead of sending the parcel, a message indicating, “You have become a winner in the 1st prize Tata safari worth of Rs. 12,60000/(twelve lakh sixty thausand)by V2 kart company, which is valid for one day i. e on dated 24.07.2021 at 09.39 am,vide mobile no. +916294480398 and also advised to contact to mobile no. 9831480826,vide website:T&C. http://www.digitalonlineluckydraw. com”. Further the company also have sent their scratch card with winner code no. 2398655190.The said criteria of the company which was printed in my mobile, the annexure-2 is enclosed here with for your kind information.
3.That in respect of the advisory of the company for processing charge have sent the following amount vide their mobile no. 9831653503(Sachin Naik)through paytm app as follows.
1.on dated. 24.07.2021 at 3.09pm.₹3,500/-
2.on dated. 24.07.2021 at 3.34pm. ₹12,600/-
3.on dated. 24.07.2021 at 3.43pm. ₹31,500/-
4..on dated. 24.07.2021 at 3.55pm. ₹50,400/-
5. on dated. 24.07.2021 at 4.28pm. ₹2,000/-

The 5th phase amount ₹2,000 sent to the account holder Mr. Vinod kumar, A/c no.38320879450,SBI, IFSC Code-SBIN0031198.
The amount of ₹1,00,000/-(one lakh)has been sent vide my paytm mobile no. 917894929979.
4.From date 24.07.2021 to 26.07.2021 different advice for depositing amount ₹92,500 for releasing the purchase value of the aforedsaid vehicle Tata safari XE cost of ₹12,60000 /- of which the photostat copy shown in my android mobile phone (cell ph. Of mine bearing mobile no. 6371188956) which is here with enclosed in annexure- 3 for your kind reference.
5.That on date 26.07.2021 at 09.30am. a message of aforesaid company also reached in my cell phone for despatching of a aforesaid shirt by Ecom Express from V2 kart company.
6.The conversation /voice recordings of company pesonel have also recorded in my cell phone which will be sent latee on if necessary for enquiry.
Further it may be pointed out that Mr. Sachin Naik bearing mobile no. 8584046350 of Kolkata, so called as the executive representative of company who received the aforesaid amount with ill/cheating motive has also sending unimaginary request for sending more amount instead of offering the prize amount. The bio data of Mr. Naik’s sim no. Is enclosed here with in annexure-4.
7.That on date 26.07.2021 at 10.13 am. Mr. Sachin Naik. The aforesaid pretending as the excutive represtative of the said company. And then sent the certificate of winning the prize.Also sent the screen shot of the message that he send the amount 13,410000 which is the adding amount that i have sent to him.He is continuously calling me every day. And messaged me through a whats app no. +91 73678 38087, the photostat copy is enclosed here with for your reference.
On the circumstances stated above, I pray you to be good & kind enough to cause an enquiry and take necessary steps for collect the aforesaid amount from the cyber, anti-social personel by which I shall be obliged.
