- I was told by Airtel customer care executive that if I activate the voice validity smart pack from my main balance the full talk time would be added to my main account and it will not get expired even if I do not use it post the validity. After doing a reacharge for 245 when checked the balance was not added to my main balance account, then when spoke to Airtel customer care they informed me that the balance will not be added to main account if the recharge was activated using main account balance. When asked them why this was not informed to me earlier, they did not have an answer at all. Worst experience I had with Airtel after being a loyal customer for over 6 years. Never expected this from Airtel. Strict action should be taken against them for looting the customers and cheating them without providing proper information.
