Hello , This is Shaik Hajivali. I am studying B.tech in Vadodara, Gujarat. I had bought a bike last year and I want to change Rc of my bike . Bike owner contact a RTO agent , after I’ll give bike documents to agent and I had completed the transaction of 3500 rupees . Right now it’s already one year passed, but I didn’t get any RC . When I ask to agent, information about RC he always says that it will come in 2 days ..in 1 day … I don’t about what is the process of changing the RC . Bike owner also trying to get My RC , but agent responding in same way. So if there is any possibility to get my RC.
