I have ordered sports bra worth 1099 from hoppingzstreet. But received poor quality leggings which is not even worth of 50 INR. Also I tried calling the customer care service with number which I took from online. Immediately after sending the complaint of wrong product received to that customer care number , I received a call from someone , he informed me correctly the amount for which I have ordered and asked me to wait for much time saying that I will receive a cancellation code. I asked him the reason for taking much time to send the cancellation code, but dint receive any clear response from him. And he immediately sent one link and asked me to click it to get the code. I dint click at the first instance and asked him why should I do that. But he convinced somehow to click , then when I did it dint get open . Immediately he asked me whether I’m using iPhone , and yes . Then he asked to call some other number . I found that it’s something cheaters who is trying to hack my mobile phone. But as a precaution I transferred all my amount to my husbands account.
