I ordered a beige 3 piece suit from Nykaa, order ID: NYK-3525178-4735815 and received the parcel on November 3, 2021. On opening it, I was shocked to see 5 torn pieces of small old clothes. I have registered for a return but companies often tend to shrug such issues off by saying that they did a thorough check before sending.
