Text of Complaint by Mary Pavithra:

We have arrived at the resort and asked for our bookings: the one paid in advance was given and the 1 where we booked with payment on arrival was canceled with no intimation. We are waiting with kids at the resort for 5hrs with no help or solution. Horrible management made the 2 year old and 4 year old who travelled with us sick and uncomfortable and frustrated us
