Hi

I have bought 24k worth rupee mobile from Paytm which has an exchange offer. Two days later the phone has been delivered, person from shadowfx (courier partner of Paytm) has come to collect the phone,  I have asked him to wait as I am formatting the phone to remove the data. Meanwhile, when he asked for imei number,  I have provided assuming he would wait. However after telling the IMEI number he left saying he would come tomorrow as he as some urgent task. But,  he never turned up and on top of that I have received a message from Paytm that screen check has failed when he didn’t even touch the phone. After repeated request Paytm has agreed to arrange for pickup. This time no message from Paytm mentioning that anybody would be coming to pickup my phone.  Moreover, I again received a message saying that quality check has failed when no one has turned up nor called me regarding the pickup. Paytm neither have any evidence to support their claim nor have any information of the person who aparently visited my place for pickup. They are not even ready to crosscheck the information with their courier partner.  I have told them I can provide them any evidence they require including the video shot demonstrating the old mobile is in perfect condition. Paytm had made false promises and cheated the customer to sell their product. Serious action should be taken against Paytm for their lies and deceit. The number of victims like me would be countless.  I have all the evidence to prove my case including the call recording with courier guy who denied that he gave wrong information to Paytm and Paytm promising to arrange return pickup which never happened. I also have the conversation that I had with their support through chat window.
