My name is Nithish, I have booked 2 tickets for Indian premier league of Chennai Super kings Vs Sunrisers Hyderabad for offline match in Hyderabad. But now they are saying that tickets are not offline match of Hyderabad, I stay in Hyderabad, how can I go to Ghaziabad to see in big screen, Match is still 36 days away so I tried to cancel my tickets but they are saying no refunds, we still have 36 days left please help me in cancelling tickets
