Disha Direct has sold me and others and to many the plots in landmark hills project at shirol. they promised us of transport , water, electricity, children’s play areas and also resort so that we will get good appreciation value soon. however even after 9 to 10 years nothing is done. actually the condition is even worse. I hear Disha Direct has sold plots and bungalows at other projects too. customers there are also have problems. Now we don’t trust him any more seeing condition and want our money back with interest. please help. i have agreement, receipts, emails of promising possession or even resell of my plot. and i can provide all these . i can also bring others who want to get out Disha Direct.
Now even Real Estate bill is passed in Rajya sabha and soon will be passed in lok sabha which indicates DISHA DIRECT is cheating innocent buyers. Please help
