I have order for smartphone (order no: DS107449)by online to dhamaal shop. And paid amount of Rs.2699.50 paise including shipping charge of Rs.150.00 on 6th nov 2016.But still i am waiting for the smartphone. And i have mailed to them twice about the non receipt of item and no reply. Customer care number is always busy when am trying to call. They provide email id i.e dhamaalshop.patna@gmail.com….but i mail several times…no use. And my passbook shows amount debited from my Pass book as below: 06-11-2016 11:35:56 06-11-2016 631106103786 DHAMAALSHOPCOMHAJIPURIN-06/11/16 11:35:56 2,699.85 Please help me in getting Justice.
