I booked two railway tickets by using ixigo app,one ticket booking failed but money not credited in my bank account,other train cancelled but money not credited in my bank account,in Ixigo app it is showing that money will refund in 7 days.please suggest.

Train Cancelled on 07/12/21 money not refund yet.
Other ticket booking failed but money get deducted on 03/12/21.Trip id -IXITR309493543739 But this money also not refunded,Please Check.
