I am highly disappointed to be using Vodafone, I did mnp from airtel to Vodafone since their services were poor but I can now say Vodafone is poorest of all. I am having unlimited plan with Vodafone and have been charged for SMS for now reason. I am calling for last 4 days to get this issue rectified but Vodafone system is having technical issues since 4 days in this century not sure how it works for them. I have decided to do mnp from Vodafone and move to Jio as Vodafone network also sucks the 4G is only for namesake and also they are cheating and looting money of customer and their system is lousy and weak and which cannot recover after 5 days. I request you to resolve this asap so that i can initiate mnp process. Highly disappointed with Vodafone and will pass on this message everywhere.
