I went to fun republic mall Lucknow Uttar Pradesh in Sketchers shop on 11sept 2022 , there salesman quoted that slippers are of 599 but at time of payment diverted my mind by showing other slippers and I paid 5999 rupees and when I asked you deducated wrong amount they said it is the right price and denied to return the product and helplessly I was forced to buy shoes as I belong to middle class family 5999 slippers I can’t imagine in my dreams. Kindly help me as I was cheated and unable to deal that 5999 rupee I had to pay for slippers.

I’ve just bought a pair of shoes from Sketcher in Turkey. After wearing for a month, inner part of the both shoe started tearing so I wanted to exchange them with new ones or refund my money but not accepted by the store. I wasn’t expecting this respond from such a big brand. I am not able to wear these sketchers now cause they’re painful and uncomfortable.
Please look into the matter
