I have ordered for 3 duo bites and 1 6 piece donuts from mad over donuts and paid Rs. 2626 for the same …. So basically the duo bites contains 2 boxes of 18 bites each due which means I should receive 6 boxes of 18 each in total + 1 box of 6 donuts but the delivery agent gave me 3 boxes with 18 bites each and a box of 6 donuts the other 3 box of 18 donuts were missing …. When I asked the delivery executive he said call customer care ….. so I contacted Zomato customer care and they refused to help saying that since you ordered 3 duo bites box you got 3 box but what they refused to understand is that in that 3 it is 2 box each which is clearly given in ther menu description ( have attached the images down for proof ) …. And when I was trying to explain she abruptly left the conversation saying sorry for the inconvenience caused have a good day! …… they have cheated me of Rs.1200 and 1 hour of my time and when I repeatedly kept restarting the conversation they kept offering me Rs.140 then Rs.771 and never decide to ownership for their mistake I have a cctv camera in my house and the footage of the delivery executive handing me the delivery is also captured so they can’t say I’m lying …… I have been a regular customer for years but this is unexceptionable… there is no security for our money on any internet platform ….
I kindly request whoever responsible for taking my complaint to please take action on such fraud companies operating because this could happen to anyone anytime …. Thank you
