Hi,

My name is Charu Yadav and I have booked 1bhk in Supertech Azalia in sector 68 gurgaon, under the subvention plan for INR 35,65000 in feb 2017.

I have paid more than 90% of the property amount to the builder in very short period of time as demanded by Supertech. My subvention period is over in Dec 2018 and my EMI for home loan is started from Jan 2019 onwards. As per the agreement Supertech is supposed to pay pre EMI interest untill possession. But now Supertech is saying that due to insufficient funds they can not pay this EMI.

I am a middle class person and can not afford to pay this EMI, I have been chasing these people so many times through phones emails and there behaviour is very unprofessional.

At the time of purchase Supertech agreed to deliver project in end of 2019 but now they are saying it by 2021 end which is still not sure because they don’t have enough fund to complete there project.

I have raise this complain so that Supertech start paying there part of EMI.

My home loan account number is HOU/GRP/0217/355410.

Supertech is a cheater, a fraud company who so ever is thinking in investing in Supertech please thing twice.

I have lost all my hope , I don’t know if raising my concern here will help or not.
