After Applying for No Portability. I got a call from Miss Rachna Retention Team. Requested me not to Port my No, She offered me Plan Rs199/- per Month. But now my Current Plan Changed to Rs299/-. It was also said that for 1st three Months Rental will be Waived off as i have already Paid Rs920/- as Billed and Unbilled amount. But didn’t get any such information in my VI App. Such Commitments will Only Loose ur Customer Banks and Reference. Nothing Else.
