Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer trailing our complaint email to the PNBHFL Kolkata officials regarding the issue which we have at the loan procedures.
We have been cheated, mislead & misguided by Miss. Arpita Singh who had said us that she is a permanent PNBHFL employee. Later on we got to know by visiting the PNBHFL Kolkata branch that she has got the referral code of PNBHFL to find out the customers.
We are traditional customer of PNB so we also had trust on PNB or PNBHFL(Subsidiary of PNB), but the way she has cheated us, PNBHFL reputation is being damaged.
We request you to take necessary step regarding this matter and take the strictest action against this kind of officials.
