Had ordered 2 products from www.rajsimran.com on COD. They are from Surat. The two products included
1. Stiched Dress/Kurti – Rs 450/- + 150/- GST & Delivery
2. Stiched Gown – Rs 650/- + 150/- GST & Delivery
Total = Rs 1400/- paid.
They have given me cheap material totally different from what is been advertised on their site.
As per the refund and return policy I have filled up the form but no response at all from their side.
Please help me get my money back in full and also take strict action against such frauds so that government can save others. They should immediately be banned and arrested else they will fly out of India as they have cheated lakhs of customers.
