We were explicitly told that my kid could join the Monday 7:00–8:00 PM class immediately after payment, and that within one week he would be moved into the new 8:00–9:00 PM batch starting the first week of June. We completed the payment based on that commitment, but since then:
Now my number is blocked by them and there is no response over email received no responses to calls or messages.
