I want to update my phone number as it is not working anymore and I have money in my Myntra account. So i told this issue to the customer support of Myntra where they said that the issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs but it’s been more than 20 days . I have raised this issue on 10 December 2022 and no action is taken against it. Every time I tried to contact them they have given me different deadlines. All of them are liars and fraudster.

12.07.2023 I received an SMS that my item from the Myntra had been delivered. But I didn’t receive it. I called to the Help Center, wrote to the chat, to all their email. They listen,say that will deal with the problem and after a few days they send a letter, each time one – sorry, but the logistics company reported that the item have been delivered. Nothing else. I asked them for a POD, for the contact of courier who delivered parcel. They don’t give any information. today is already July 24 – there is no item, no money, no explanations, now I understand that this is not just a mistake, but Myntra is a company that deceives thousands of its customers
did your issue got resolved or not? If yes, whom you contacted as I am facing the same type of fraud!
